1. Acceptance of terms

By contacting SYNQ or ordering a service, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

2. Our services

SYNQ offers the following services:

• —Website and landing page creation
• —Online store creation
• —AI automations (Telegram/WhatsApp bots, CRM, chatbot)
• —SEO and online advertising
• —Branding and design
• —Maintenance and security

Exact details, deliverables, and timelines are set out in the individual quote for each project.

3. Pricing and payment

• —Prices are expressed in EUR
• —A 50% advance is required before work begins
• —The remaining 50% is paid upon delivery of the final project
• —Payment is made by bank transfer or other agreed methods
• —Quoted prices are valid for 14 days from issue

4. Delivery and timelines

• —Delivery timelines are estimated and communicated in the quote
• —Timelines may be affected by delays in the client providing materials (texts, images, account access)
• —Urgent requests (delivery in under 5 business days) incur an additional 25% cost

5. Revisions and changes

• —Each project includes 2-3 rounds of revisions, specified in the quote
• —Additional revisions are billed separately: 30 EUR/round
• —Major changes (concept or structure changes) may require a new quote

6. Intellectual property

• —Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the delivered product
• —The source code remains the property of SYNQ unless otherwise agreed
• —SYNQ may use your project in its portfolio (with your consent)
• —Materials provided by the client (texts, images, logo) remain the client's property

7. Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• —The accuracy of the content provided (texts, images)
• —Obtaining usage rights for the materials provided (photos, fonts, etc.)
• —Compliance with the legislation applicable to its business

SYNQ is not liable for:

• —Indirect losses or loss of profit
• —Issues caused by third-party providers (hosting, domains)
• —Unauthorized changes to the delivered product

8. Termination

• —The client may cancel the project at any time, forfeiting the advance payment
• —SYNQ may terminate the contract in case of non-compliance with payment terms, with partial refund of the advance (proportional to the work performed)

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute will be resolved amicably or in the competent courts of Chișinău.
